Biography
Since 2003 Pam has provided business support within the fire engineering and building control sectors.
As the Commercial and Operations Manager at Alt Fire, she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. She manages a varied workload, with responsibilities spanning commercial management, operations, and quality assurance, supporting the team in delivering a high-quality service.
She oversees office management, HR functions, and compliance including health & safety policies and company procedures. Additionally, she manages our ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System, ensuring continuous improvement, efficiency and that our team has the support, resources and structure needed to succeed
