St Mary's Gate

This new mixed-use building contains 50 one bedroom and two bedroom apartments alongside flexible space. Breathing life into the heart of Stockport Old Town, the apartments have winter gardens or external outdoor space to create sunlight traps and comfortable spaces to relax and unwind.

The scheme is laid out to maximise space, light and views onto St Mary's church and the surrounding green fringe of Stockport's Old Town.
