The Metalworks

The Metalworks is a major residential lead development in the heart of the Pumpfields area of Liverpool. It will provide 401 new homes, including 396 apartments within its 2no 15 storey tower blocks. The podium levels will contain 5no townhouses and a range of commercial and amenity space. The amenity space includes residents lounge, bar, co-working space, a cinema room, gym, running track, car park and rooftop terrace.

Alt Fire developed the fire safety strategy for planning and prepared the Fire Statement on behalf of Jarron Investments. The project underwent the Gateway One process and successfully received planning.
