The Meadows

The development consists of a three storey (90 flats) extra care facility, a two storey (12 bed) respite unit, a two storey (6 flat) apartment building, and 34 houses of various configurations. 

The respite accommodation is designed to help residents who are neurodiverse and may have learning disabilities get their needs assessed, all while having the chance to live independently.

Alt Fire were engaged to develop the fire safety strategies and assist during construction of the extra care facility and respite unit.
