St Nicholas Building

The St Nicholas Building is a landmark, Grade II listed office building located opposite St Nicholas Cathedral, providing high specification office accommodation behind a Grade II listed façade. 

The project consisted of a Cat A fit-out to the 4th floor (including common areas) and alterations to the basement level to include new shower and cycle store facilities.

Alt Fire were also appointed to provide a retrospective fire strategy for the existing building along with fire engineering advice for the Cat A fit out and basement alterations.  Upon completion an updated fire strategy for the building was provided.
