The Smokery

This project consisted of the renovation and vertical extension of an existing office building in a very tight location in central London. The central stair was relocated to increase the floor space efficiency and two new storeys were provided to increase the total accommodation. Many of the challenges of this project arose due to the tight site and existing nature of the building. 

Alt Fire assisted develop the fire strategy for the building which included CFD modelling and detailed external fire spread calculations.
